等离子消融术治疗鼻中隔偏曲伴下鼻甲肥大的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析罹患鼻中隔偏曲伴下鼻甲肥大患者治疗环节当中,开展等离子消融术治疗方法,对患者手术指标预测值、鼻阻力检验结果以及VAS评分的影响价值。方法探究手术治疗干预办法,分析其应用积极性,予以本院耳鼻喉科就诊70例鼻中隔偏曲伴下鼻甲肥大患者选取为研究样本,2021.03~2022.01研究时间段设置为研究样本收录时间范围,采用分组对照方式,探讨治疗手段实际应用价值,区组随机化分组,35例纳入对照组的患者当中,行使鼻中隔成形术治疗;35例纳入实验组的患者当中,行使等离子消融术治疗方法。统计纳入不同组别患者的:(1)手术指标预测值;(2)鼻阻力检验结果;(3)VAS评分评测值。结果(1)手术指标预测值:开展等离子消融术治疗方法后,组间手术指标预测值均有显著优化趋势,但在此期间,实验组对比于对照组,研究数据改善趋势显著(P<0.05);(2)鼻阻力检验结果:实验组鼻阻力检验结果相比较之对照组,手术治疗方法运用后,实验组数据状态优化状态明显(P<0.05);(3)VAS评分评测值:在实施手术方案后,经统计VAS评分评测值数据状态,实验组在此期间,相比较于对照组,研究数据改善水平更积极,(P<0.05)。结论罹患鼻中隔偏曲伴下鼻甲肥大患者治疗环节当中,开展等离子消融术治疗方法,可及时满足患者实际治疗需求,降低术中出血量及手术时间,优化患者预后状态,治疗效果较为积极。Objective To analyze the effect of plasma ablation on the predicted value of surgical indicators,nasal resistance test results and VAS score in the treatment of patients with nasal septum deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy.Methods To explore the intervention methods of surgical treatment,analyze the enthusiasm of its application,and select 70 patients with nasal septum deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy from the ENT department of our hospital as research samples.Group control method was used to explore the practical application value of treatment methods.The groups were randomly divided into groups,and 35 patients included in the control group were treated with septoplasty:35 patients included in the experimental group were treated with plasma ablation.Statistically included in different groups of patients:(1)the predicted value of surgical indicators;(2)the results of nasal resistance test;(3)the evaluation value of VAS score.Results(1)Predicted value of surgical index:After the plasma ablation treatment method,the predicted value of surgical index between groups had a significant trend of optimization,but during this period,the experimental group was compared with the control group,and the research data improved significantly(P<0.05);(2)Results of nasal resistance test:the nasal resistance test results of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group.After the surgical treatment method was applied,the data state of the experimental group was significantly optimized(P<0.05);(3)The VAS score evaluation value:After the implementation of the surgical plan,according to the statistics of the VAS score evaluation value data status,the experimental group during this period,compared with the control group,the improvement level of the research data was more positive(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of patients suffering from nasal septal deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy,the plasma ablation method can meet the actual treatment needs of patients in time,redu
