摘 要:目的 尝试用细菌生物膜(Bacterial Biofilms,BBF)理论探讨中医灼烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的作用机制。方法 选取15名在我院行双侧扁桃体切除术的慢性扁桃体炎患者,收集离体后的两侧扁桃体表面黏膜制成标本,并模拟灼烙。用激光共聚焦显微镜(Confocal Scanning Laser Microscopy,CSLM)观察标本在灼烙前后的表现,并进行分析。结果 共计观察30份标本,每份标本均可观察到BBF。标本经过灼烙处理后形成局部区域缺损。结论 灼烙法利用高温破坏扁桃体表面黏膜组织及定植的细菌生物膜,可能因此中断了扁桃体持续炎症的过程。Objective To explore the mechanism of Tonsil cauterization in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis by bacterial biofilms(BBF)theory.Methods 15 patients with chronic tonsillitis who underwent bilateral tonsillectomy in our hospital were selected.The mucosal surface of bilateral tonsils was collected and made into specimens,and the cauterization was simulated.Confocal Scanning Laser Microscopy(CSLM)was used to observe and analyze the performance of specimens before and after burning.Results A total of 30 specimens were observed,and BBF could be observed in each specimen.Local area defect was formed after cautery treatment.Conclusion Tonsil cauterization destroys tonsil surface mucosal tissue and colonized bacterial biofilm by high temperature,which may interrupt the continuous inflammation of tonsil.
