摘 要:目的 分析256层螺旋CT在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用准确性评价。方法 将本院(2021年1月-2022年4月)120例鼻骨骨折患者作为试验对象,均进行256层螺旋CT检查,以手术治疗结果作为金标准,分析检查结果以及图像特征。结果 以手术治疗结果作为金标准,256层螺旋CT鼻骨骨折诊断准确率98.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以手术治疗结果作为金标准,256层螺旋CT鼻骨骨折类型检测准确率97.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以手术治疗结果作为金标准,256层螺旋CT骨折部位检测准确率98.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以手术治疗结果作为金标准,256层螺旋CT合并骨折诊断准确率95.74%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 鼻骨骨折诊断中256层螺旋CT的应用价值高,可及时将骨折患者筛选出来,定位骨折部位,确定骨折具体类型,准确性高,便于医生安排更加科学的治疗方案,提升疾病的治疗质量,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 256-layer spiral CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture.Methods In this study conducted from January 2021 to April 2022,120 patients with nasal bone fractures were enrolled as the experimental subjects.All patients underwent 256-slice spiral CT examination,and the surgical treatment results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic accuracy and imaging features.The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of nasal bone fractures using 256-slice spiral CT,with surgical treatment results as the gold standard,was 98.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of detecting the types of nasal bone fractures using 256-slice spiral CT,with surgical treatment results as the gold standard,was 97.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of detecting the fracture sites using 256-slice spiral CT,with surgical treatment results as the gold standard,was 98.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of diagnosing combined fractures using 256-slice spiral CT,with surgical treatment results as the gold standard,was 95.74%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusion In the application value of 256-layer spiral CT,the application of nasal bone fracture is high.It can screen the fracture patients in time,locate the fracture site,and determine the specific type of fracture.It has high accuracy,which is convenient for doctors to arrange more scientific treatment plans and improve the treatment quality of the disease,which is worth promoting.
