布地奈德混悬液短疗程经鼻雾化吸入治疗鼻息肉的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的 分析布地奈德混悬液短疗程经鼻雾化吸入对鼻息肉的治疗效果和安全性。方法 选择2021年10月~2022年10月期间在本院治疗鼻息肉的60例患者,回顾分析其资料,将选择口服甲泼尼龙的30例患者设为对照组,将选择经鼻雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液的30例患者设为研究组。对比两组患者的症状消失时间、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后的鼻腔最小横截面积、鼻腔容积、IL-17水平。结果 研究组的症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率(6.67%)与对照组(13.33%)相近(P>0.05)。治疗前两组的IL-17水平、鼻腔最小横截面积、鼻腔容积相近(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的IL-17水平比对照组低,鼻腔最小横截面积、鼻腔容积比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液短疗程经鼻雾化吸入对鼻息肉患者的症状消退时间、鼻腔内结构变化均有积极影响,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of budesonide suspension in the treatment of nasal polyps after short course of nasal atomization inhalation.Methods 60 patients with nasal polyps who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and their data were analyzed retrospectively.30 patients with oral methylprednisolone were selected as the control group,and 30 patients with nasal aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension were selected as the study group.The time of symptom disappearance,the incidence of adverse reactions,the minimum cross-sectional area of nasal cavity,the volume of nasal cavity and the level of IL-17 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom disappearance in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.67%)was similar to that in the control group(13.33%)(P>0.05).Before treatment,the level of IL-17,the minimum crosssectional area of nasal cavity and the volume of nasal cavity in the two groups were similar(P>0.05);After treatment,the level of IL-17 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the minimum cross-sectional area and volume of nasal cavity were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension has a positive effect on the time of symptom resolution and the structural changes in nasal cavity in patients with nasal polyps after a short course of nasal atomization inhalation,and it is safe.
