加味玉屏风汤联合常规治疗对肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 讨论加味玉屏风汤联合常规治疗对肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法 入选82例肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者主要于2020年1月-2022年12月接受试验研究,实施随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组41例与研究组41例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组接受加味玉屏风汤联合常规治疗。观察指标:疗效、中医症候积分、炎症因子水平。结果 研究组疗效总有效率的95.12%明显高于对照组的73.17%,P<0.05。治疗前两组中医症候积分指标对比无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后研究组中医症候积分指标明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组炎症因子水平指标对比无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后研究组炎症因子水平指标改善程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 加味玉屏风汤联合常规治疗对肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎有较高疗效,利于降低中医症候积分及炎症因子水平。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of supplemented Yupingfeng Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 patients with allergic rhinitis with lung-qi deficiency were enrolled from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided by random number table method,i.e.,41 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the study group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received supplemented Yupingfeng decoction combined with conventional treatment.Outcomes:Curative effect,TCM symptom score,inflammatory factor level.Results The total effective rate of 95.12%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 73.17%in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,the score index of TCM syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no statistical significance in the level of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Added Yupingfeng Decoction combined with conventional treatment has a higher effect on allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency type,which is beneficial to reduce the level of TCM symptom scores and inflammatory factors.
