糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合氯雷他定治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎的疗效及对相关炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童季节性变应性鼻炎(AR)患儿行糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂+氯雷他定治疗的效果。方法 选择本院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的90例季节性AR患儿,随机分为单一组(氯雷他定)和联用组(氯雷他定+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂),各45例。观察治疗前后临床症状评分、炎症程度,比较临床效果。结果 用药前,两组患者炎症程度、临床症状评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),用药后,联用组较单一组IL-6、TNF-α及CRP值更低,IL-2值更高(P均<0.05);联用组有效率97.98%高于单一组86.67%(P<0.05);两组比较不良反应率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂+氯雷他定治疗季节性AR能提高抗炎效果、减缓症状,且副作用低,疗效明显。Objective To investigate the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray plus loratadine on children with seasonal allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Ninety children with seasonal AR admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a single group(loratadine)and a combined group(loratadine+mometasone furoate nasal spray)with 45 cases each.Observe the clinical symptom score and inflammation degree before and after treatment,and compare the clinical effect.Results There was no significant difference in the degree of inflammation and clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and TNF in the combined group were higher than those in the single group-a And CRP values were lower,and IL-2 values were higher(P<0.05):The effective rate of combination group was 97.98%higher than that of single group 86.67%(P<0.05):There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of seasonal AR with mometasone furoate nasal spray and loratadine can improve the anti-inflammatory effect,alleviate symptoms,and has low side effects.
