雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者治疗工作中采取莫沙必利药物和雷贝拉唑药物的应用价值。方法 选取2020.12-2022.12区间本院65例胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者作为主体展开对照分析,依据治疗方式差异性展开规范分组,记对照组(实施常规治疗的32例患者)、观察组(实施雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗的33例患者),统计两组各项指标(治疗效果、不良反应、临床症状消失时间、胃肠功能)分析。结果 在治疗效果项目中,观察组研究结果高于对照组,P<0.05。在不良反应项目中,观察组、对照组研究结果无显著差异,P>0.05。在临床症状消失时间项目中,观察组研究结果低于对照组,P<0.05。在胃肠功能项目中,观察组研究结果较对照组更接近正常范围,P<0.05。在生活质量项目中,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在治疗期间使用联合用药方式,予以患者莫沙必利的同时采取雷贝拉唑药物,通过规范合理治疗在诸多方面具有积极作用,比如:减少不良反应、改善临床症状、提高胃肠功能及生活质量等,很大程度上提高了治疗水平,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。Objective To explore the application value of mosapride and rabeprazole drugs in the treatment of patients with acid reflux disease pharyngitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with acid reflux disease pharyngolaryngitis from December 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected as subjects to conduct a control analysis,the control group(32 patients treated with conventional therapy)and the Observation Group(33 patients treated with Rabeprazole and mosapride)were recorded,statistical analysis of the two groups each index(treatment effect,adverse reactions,clinical symptoms disappear time,gastrointestinal function).Results In the therapeutic effect items,the study results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the adverse reaction items(P>0.05).In the item of clinical symptom disappearance time,the study result of the Observation Group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the items of gastrointestinal function,the study results in the observation group were closer to the normal range than those in the control group,P<0.05.In the quality of life items,the Observation Group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of Mosapride and rabeprazole during the treatment has a positive effect on many aspects through standardized and rational treatment,for example:reduce adverse reactions,improve clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal function and quality of life,to a large extent,improve the level of treatment,in the clinical reference and application of the value of promotion.
