罗哌卡因与右美托咪定应用于扁桃体术后镇痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价予扁桃体手术患者罗卡因与右美托咪定麻醉对其术后镇痛的作用及效果。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月于我院就诊的扁桃体患者研究,总例数68例,按随机数字法原则分组,等比例分为对照组(予罗哌卡因麻醉),观察组(予罗哌卡因+右美托咪定麻醉),对比术后不同时刻疼痛程度及不良反应、药物追加状况。结果①疼痛程度:术后不同时刻(如清醒拔管后30min/2h/4h/6h等),观察组疼痛程度比对照组低,差异伴统计学意义(P<0.05);②不良反应:两组恶心、呕吐及呼吸抑制出现几率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);③镇痛药追加与手术效果:两组于手术、苏醒、拔管用时及72h内镇痛药追加占比指标方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论予扁桃体手术患者罗哌卡因与右美托咪定麻醉可有效舒缓术后疼痛,降低镇痛药用量,规避相关不良反应,具较高的安全性。Objective To evaluate the effect of ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine anesthesia on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 68 tonsillar patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(ropivacaine anesthesia)and observation group(ropivacaine+dexmedetomidine anesthesia)according to the principle of random number.The degree of pain,adverse reactions and drug addition at different times after operation were compared.Results 1 degree of pain:at different time after operation(such as 30 min/2 H/4 H/6 h after conscious extubation),the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05);2 adverse reactions:there was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea,vomiting and respiratory depression between the two groups(P>0.05)3 addition of analgesics and effect of operation:there was no significant difference between the two groups in the proportion of addition of analgesics during operation,awakening,extubation and within 72 hours(P>0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia of ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine for patients undergoing tonsillectomy can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce the dosage of analgesics,and avoid related adverse reactions,with high safety.
