雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 针对发生小儿急性感染性喉炎采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法 研究参与病例采集开始时间2020年10月,采集结束时间2022年10月,选择此时间段内本院儿科接受治疗的小儿急性感染性喉炎120例患者,按照时间先后科学分组,在常规治疗基础上采取塞米松雾化吸入治疗的为对照组(60例),常规治疗基础上实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的为研究组(60例),探究两组效果可采用治疗效果、各项症状消退时间、细胞因子(IL-4、IL-8、TNF-γ、IgE)作为判断疗效的指标。结果 研究组患儿各项细胞因子水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学差异。研究组治疗有效率高达96.7%,各项临床症状消退时间也明显短于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学差异。结论 发生小儿急性感染性喉炎时在常规治疗基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可以在短时间内改善患儿咳嗽、声音嘶哑以及呼吸困难的症状,而且雾化吸入治疗简单易行,患儿更容易接受,在临床治疗上价值更高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute infectious laryngitis in children.Method The start time of the collection was October 2020,and the end time was October 2022.120pediatric patients with acute infectious laryngitis who received treatment in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital during this period were selected and divided into scientific groups according to time order.The control group(60 cases)who received atomized inhalation treatment with semethasone on the basis of conventional treatment was the control group.The study group(60 cases)that received budesonide atomized inhalation therapy on the basis of conventional treatment was the study group.To explore the effect of the two groups,therapeutic effect,time of symptom resolution,and cytokines(IL-4,IL-8,TNF-y,IgE)could be used as indicators to judge the efficacy.Results The levels of cytokines in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05 with statistical difference.The effective rate of treatment in the study group was as high as 96.7%,and the regression time of all clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05,showing statistical difference.Conclusions In children with acute infectious laryngitis,budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the symptoms of cough,hoarseness and dyspnea in a short time,and aerosol inhalation therapy is simple and easy to be accepted by children,and has higherclinical value.
