耳穴压豆结合心理疏导疗法对产妇分娩后乳汁分泌疗效及抑郁情绪、泌乳素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 为了探究耳穴压豆结合心理疏导疗法对产妇分娩后乳汁分泌疗效及抑郁情绪、泌乳素水平的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2021年12月于我院自然分娩的88例产妇,将其分为对照组和实验组,各44例,两组一般资料之间比较均无差异,P>0.05,具有可比性。对照组采用心理疏导护理,实验组在对照组的基础上进行耳穴压豆。结果 实验组首次泌乳时间明显提前,乳汁分泌量更多,母乳喂养成功率(90.92%)显著提高,且乳房胀痛减轻,胃肠功能恢复时间(13.74±4.82 h)明显缩短,产后出血率(31.82%)显著降低;实验组产妇产后24h和72h血清中PRL水平均显著高于对照组;同时实验组产妇抑郁评分显著降低,并且幸福感评分更高,P<0.05,差距有统计学意义。结论 耳穴压豆结合心理疏导可以有效提高母乳喂养成功率,并且可以加快产后恢复,降低产后出血率,有效预防产后抑郁,提高幸福感。Objective To explore the effect of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with psychological counseling therapy on the curative effect of postpartum milk secretion,depression and prolactin levels in puerperae.Methods A total of 88 puerperae who gave birth spontaneously in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.There was no difference in the general data between the two groups,P>0.05,with comparability.The control group was given psychological counseling nursing,and the experimental group was given auricular acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Results In the experimental group,the first lactation time was significantly earlier,the milk secretion was more,the breastfeeding success rate(90.92%)was significantly increased,the breast tenderness was relieved,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function(13.74±4.82 h)was significantly shortened,and the postpartum hemorrhage rate(31.82%)was significantly decreased;the PRL levels in the serum of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 24h and 72h after delivery;at the same time,the maternal depression score in the experimental group was significantly lower,and the happiness score was higher,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Auricular pressure beans combined with psychological counseling can effectively improve the success rate of breastfeeding,and can speed up postpartum recovery,reduce postpartum hemorrhage rate,effectively prevent postpartum depression,and improve happiness.
