摘　　要：目的 分析加强围术期护理,对行甲状腺切除手术治疗的患者生活水平的影响,以及实际效果。方法 选择我院入院时间为2020年6月~2021年6月收治的所有患者中,筛选出经影像学确诊为甲状腺且符合本次探究标准的患者80例,将患者的入院序号完全打乱,选择双盲法进行分组,将其分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=40)。给予A常规护理,B组则行优质围术期护理。在护理工作结束后,比较两组甲状腺切除手术患者生活水平、疼痛程度以及并发症发生情况。结果 B组患者生活水平与A组相比,结果呈负态分布P<0.05。B组患者并发症发生率2.50%(1/40)低于A组12.50%(5/40),两者相比呈负态分布P<0.05。B组患者疼痛程度与A组相比,结果呈负态分布P<0.05。结论 对围术期甲状腺切除术治疗患者采取优质护理,能够大幅度的提升患者的生活水平,使患者的疼痛程度大幅度降低,并且患者在治疗手术完成后出现的不良反应的几率得到降低,值得推广。Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening perioperative nursing on the living standard of patients undergoing thyroidectomy and the actual effect.Methods Among all patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021,80 patients diagnosed as thyroid by imaging and meeting the criteria of this exploration were selected.The admission number of patients was completely disrupted,and they were divided into group A(n=40)and group B(n=40).Routine nursing was given to group A,and high-quality perioperative nursing was given to group B.After the nursing work,the living standard,pain degree and complications of patients with thyroidectomy were compared between the two groups.Results compared with group A,the living standard of patients in group B showed a negative distribution(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was 2.50%(1/40)lower than that in group A 12.50%(5/40),which showed a negative distribution(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the degree of pain in group B showed a negative distribution(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing perioperative thyroidectomy can greatly improve the living standards of patients,greatly reduce the degree of pain,and reduce the probability of adverse reactions after treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
