后循环缺血性眩晕患者采取细节护理干预对治疗依从性及临床效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析后循环缺血性眩晕患者采取细节护理干预对治疗依从性及临床效果的影响。方法 回顾研究2022年1月至12月期间因后循环缺血性眩晕就诊于本院的90例患者的资料,将采取传统护理的45例患者设为对照组,将采取细节护理干预的45例患者设为研究组。对比两组的治疗依从率以及干预前后的血流动力学指标和眩晕残障程度评分。结果 研究组的治疗依从率(97.78%)比对照组(82.22%)高,P<0.05。未经干预时,两组的椎动脉峰值流速、基底动脉峰值流速、眩晕残障程度评分相近,P>0.05;经过干预后,两组以上指标均有明显改变且研究组的椎动脉峰值流速、基底动脉峰值流速比对照组高,眩晕残障程度评分比对照组低,P<0.05。结论 在后循环缺血性眩晕患者中采取细节护理干预可以对其治疗依从性、血流动力学状况、眩晕残障程度均产生积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing intervention on treatment compliance and clinical effect in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 90 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo from January to December 2022 were retrospectively studied.45 patients with routine nursing care were set as control group,and 45 patients with detailed nursing intervention were set as study group.The treatment compliance rate,hemodynamic indexes and vertigo disability score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of study group(97.78%)was higher than that of control group(82.22%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,the peak velocity of vertebral artery,the peak velocity of basilar artery and the score of vertigo and disability were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above indexes of the two groups were significantly changed,and the peak velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of vertigo disability degree was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The detailed nursing intervention in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can have a positive effect on treatment compliance,hemodynamic status and degree of vertigo disability.
