综合护理干预老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者疗效的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 评价综合护理干预老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者疗效的影响。方法 研究调查区间为2018年12月~2022年12月,选择来我院就诊的老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者为观察对象,统计出92例以随机单盲法均匀分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理干预)各46例,评价对比两组患者的满意度、焦虑、疼痛评分和血压控制情况。结果 相较于对照组,观察组患者的护理总满意度更高,统计结果P<0.05;护理前两组焦虑和疼痛评分差异无意义,护理后观察组患者的SAS和VAS评分均比对照组低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组血压水平护理前的差异结果P<0.05,护理后观察组的收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组,统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论 予以老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者实施综合护理干预,不仅能协助患者良好控制血压,还能缓解鼻出血疼痛感,促使患者安心配合治疗,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the curative effect of elderly hypertensive patients with severe epistaxis.Methods The investigation period was from December 2018 to December 2022.The elderly patients with hypertension and severe epistaxis who came to our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and 92 cases were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention),with 46 cases each.The satisfaction,anxiety,pain score and blood pressure control of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had a higher overall satisfaction with nursing care(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in anxiety and pain scores between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the SAS and VAS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of blood pressure level between the two groups before nursing was P<0.05.After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on average,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with hypertension and severe epistaxis can not only help the patients to control blood pressure well,but also relieve the pain of epistaxis,and promote the patients to cooperate with the treatment at ease,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
