摘  要:热轧态含氮马氏体不锈钢420U6经800~950℃加热保温8~48 h退火处理后,采用激光共焦显微镜和维氏硬度计,研究了不同退火工艺下420U6钢的组织形貌和硬度的变化规律。结果表明,退火态组织由铁素体基体和基体上分布的碳化物组成,不同热处理工艺下碳化物的大小和形态明显不同。退火温度在850℃下保温16~24 h时,碳化物形态呈球状且大小总体上均匀,其平均尺寸为0.4~0.5μm。随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,420U6含氮马氏体不锈钢的硬度先降低后小幅升高,硬度的升高主要是由于片状碳化物的出现。After annealed at 800-950℃for 8-48 h,the changes of microstructure and hardness of the hot-rolled 420U6 nitrogen-containing martensitic stainless steel under different annealing processes were studied by means of laser confocal microscope and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that the annealed microstructure is composed of ferrite matrix distributed with carbide,and the size and morphology of the carbide differ obviously under different heat processes.When annealed at 850℃for 16-24 h,the carbide exhibits spheric shape and its size is generally uniform with average diameter of 0.4-0.5μm.With the increase of annealing temperature and prolonging of holding time,the hardness of the tested 420U6 steel decreases at first and then increases slightly.The occurrence of lamellar carbide is responsible for the increase in hardness.
