摘 要:针对ZL201A铝合金在某型号产品试制过程中出现的本体力学性能无法满足设计验收要求的技术问题,结合ZL201A二元合金性能特点以及实际生产经验,通过制定合理的热处理工艺方案,研究了双级固溶条件下,不同热处理温度及时间对合金显微组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,ZL201A铝合金在(535℃×9 h+545×9 h)双级固溶+160℃×6 h时效的热处理方案条件下,表现出来的综合力学性能最佳,此时抗拉强度达到389 MPa,屈服强度达到342 MPa,断后伸长率达到11.5%。该性能结果不仅满足了产品设计要求,同时也为后续的材料工程化应用及系统研究积累了有效的试验数据。Aiming at the technical problem that the mechanical properties of the ZL201A aluminum alloy could not meet the design and acceptance requirements during the trial production of a certain type of product, combining with the performance characteristics of the ZL201A binary alloy and the actual production experience, through the formulation of a reasonable heat treatment process plan, the effect of different heat treatment temperatures and time on the microstructure and properties of the ZL201A aluminum alloy under the condition of two-stage solid solution was investigated. The results show that with 535 ℃×9 h+545 ℃×9 h two-stage solid solution treatment and 160 ℃×6 h aging, the ZL201A aluminum alloy demonstrates best comprehensive mechanical properties with tensile strength 389 MPa, yield strength 342 MPa and elongation 11.5%. The testing results not only meet the technical requirements of product design acceptance, but also accumulate effective practical data for the subsequent material engineering application and system research.
