乡村振兴战略下青年农民公民意识培育的科学内涵与内容架构

摘　　要：青年兴则国兴,青年强则国强。作为社会意识的青年农民公民意识与作为社会存在的乡村振兴在新时代的农村产生了时空交集,青年农民公民意识与乡村振兴之间具有内在一致性和契合性。新时代青年农民公民意识的科学内涵不仅以社会主义现代化强国建设为总体目标进行“公民意识顶层设计”,同时以乡村振兴战略总要求为基本着眼点进行“青年农民公民意识基层设计”,从而使其内涵具有普遍性和特殊性。在乡村振兴战略指引下,青年农民公民意识培育内容紧紧围绕产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕、基层党建等六方面进行详细阐释。Youth prosperity is the country's prosperity,youth strong is the country's strong.The civic consciousness of young farmers as a social consciousness and the rural vitalization as a social existence have produced a time-space intersection in the rural areas of the new era.It has internal consistency and agreement with rural vitalization.The scientific connotation of the citizen consciousness of young farmers in the new era not only carries out the"top-level design of citizen consciousness"with the overall goal of building a strong socialist modernization country,but also carries out the"grass-roots design of citizen consciousness of young farmers"with the general requirements of the rural vitalization strategy as the basic focus,so as to make its connotation universal and special.Under the guidance of the rural vitalization strategy,the content of the cultivation of young farmers'civic consciousness is closely explained in detail around the six aspects of the thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,prosperity,and grassroots Party building.
