健康中国视域下基层公共卫生服务现状与提升策略研究

摘　　要：“健康中国”是国家的重大战略部署,对于推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。本研究以基层公共卫生服务为对象,围绕基层公共卫生预警体系建设不够完善、预防控制体系不够健全、应急物资储备体系有待提高等探究基层公共卫生服务现状及存在的问题,并提出健全完善公共卫生疫情监测预警体系、完善基层公共卫生预防控制体系及完善应急物资储备制度与体系等策略,不断提升基层公共卫生服务能力和水平。“Healthy China”is a major strategic deployment of the country and is of great significance for promoting Chinese-style modernization.Taking grass-roots public health services as the research object,this study explores the current situation and existing problems of grass-roots public health services such as the imperfect construction of early warning system of the grass-roots public health,the incomplete prevention and control system,and the emergency material reserve system to be improved.It is put forward to improve the public health epidemic surveillance and early warning system,the grass-roots public health prevention and control system,the emergency material reserve system and other strategies,thus constantly improve capacity and level of the grass-roots public health service.
