摘  要:目的利用信息技术推进湖北省宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查工作,提高筛查效率和质量。方法对宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查的背景和需求进行综合分析,依托省级妇幼信息平台,建设湖北省宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查信息系统。结果实现湖北省宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查“筛—查—管—治—救”全流程信息的闭环管理,规范筛查工作流程,实现基本信息和检查数据的共享,减轻基层工作人员负担,提升管理效率和服务质量。结论结合省级妇幼信息平台,将信息技术引入业务和管理流程,能够较好地满足筛查工作的管理和服务需求,具有较好的应用效果。Objective The application of information technology will strengthen the management of cervical cancer and breast cancer screening in Hubei Province,and improve the efficiency and quality of screening.Methods By analyzing the background and requirements of cervical cancer and breast cancer screening comprehensively,the information system of screening was built based on the provincial maternal and child information platform.Results The system realizes the closed-loop management of the whole process of cervical cancer and breast cancer screening in Hubei Province,including screening,examination,management,treatment,and rescue.And the system aims to standardize the workflow of screening,achieve the sharing of basic information and examination data,reduce the workload of grassroots staff,and improve the management efficiency and service quality of screening work.Conclusion By integrating with the provincial maternal and child information platform,the introduction of information technology into the business and management processes of screening work can meet the management and service needs of screening effectively and achieve good application results.
