摘  要:针对全回转救助拖船在螺旋桨最大转速时出现的船体结构振动问题,通过实船振动测试分析,判断引起船体结构振动的激励源来自艉部螺旋桨,而螺旋桨激励引起船体结构强迫振动和共振。在采取船艉结构加强,敷设阻尼减振材料的方法进行振动控制后,实船测试表明,船体结构振动速度最大降低7.23 mm/s。Aiming at the vibration problem of hull structure of fully rotary rescue tugboat at the maximum propeller speed,it was determined that the excitation source of hull structure vibration was from stern propeller,and propeller excitation caused the forced vibration and resonance of hull structure.After the vibration control was carried out by strengthening the stern structure and laying damping and damping materials,the actual ship test showed that the vibration velocity of the hull structure was reduced by a maximum of 7.23 mm/s.
