摘 要:坏死性筋膜炎是一种累及皮下组织、筋膜和肌肉的软组织感染,以广泛、迅速的皮下软组织感染为特征,可在短时间内波及全身,严重者可引发感染性休克及多器官功能衰竭。近年来坏死性筋膜炎发病趋势逐年递增,患者死亡率、截肢率也比较高。坏死性筋膜炎临床诊疗的发展与相关基础研究密不可分。为了增加我们对坏死性筋膜炎发病机制的理解,需要一个可靠的坏死性筋膜炎动物模型,至少部分地反映人类坏死性筋膜炎的感染过程。本文将简要综述坏死性筋膜炎动物模型的构建方法,为坏死性筋膜炎诊治的研究提供参考。Necrotizing fasciitis is a soft tissue infection that affects subcutaneous tissue,fascia,and muscles.It is characterized by widespread and rapid subcutaneous soft tissue infection,which can spread throughout the body in a short period of time.In severe cases,it can cause septic shock and multiple organ failure.In recent years,the incidence trend of necrotizing fasciitis has been increasing year by year,and the mortality rate and amputation rate of patients are also relatively high.The development of clinical diagnosis and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis is closely related to basic research.In order to increase our understanding of the pathogenesis of necrotizing fasciitis,a reliable animal model of necrotizing fasciitis is needed,which at least partially reflects the infection process of human necrotizing fasciitis.This article will briefly review the construction methods of animal models for necrotizing fasciitis,providing reference for research on the diagnosis and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis.
