摘　　要：近年来,石化行业VOCS治理已成为国家环保部门管控重点。因此,中国石油将旗下炼化企业VOCS治理成效列入环保重点检查和考核指标。由于炼化企业VOCS治理设计规范与相关标准出台相对较晚,炼化企业VOCS治理所运用的工艺各不相同,治理效果参差不齐。通过对某石化企业污水场VOCS治理工艺研究与分析,提出相应的改进措施及建议,为炼化企业污水场VOCS治理工艺应用提供技术支持。In recent years,the control of VOCS in the petrochemical industry has become a key focus of national environmental protection departments.Therefore,PetroChina has included the effectiveness of VOCS governance in its refining and chemical enterprises in its key environmental inspection and assessment indicators.Due to the relatively late introduction of VOCS governance design specifications and related standards in refining enterprises,different processes are used for VOCS governance in refining enterprises and the governance effects vary.This paper conducts research and analysis on the VOCS treatment process of a petrochemical enterprise’s wastewater treatment plant and proposes corresponding improvement measures and suggestions.This provides technical support for the application of VOCS treatment process in the wastewater treatment plant of refining enterprises.
