摘 要:乙烯装置在生产过程中产生的废碱液中硫化钠浓度≤1%,送高含盐水装置去除硫化钠后,再进入污水处理场处理合格后外排。2021年由于原料变化,废碱液中硫化物浓度增加到达2%~3%,超过高含盐水装置的处理能力,对高含盐水装置的运行造成不利影响。为解决乙烯废碱液中硫化物浓度高的问题,2022年利用武汉俊恒科技有限公司的低温低压催化氧化脱硫技术对乙烯废碱液中硫化物进行了预处理,硫化物浓度由10000~30000mg/L降低至200mg/L以下,确保了高含盐水装置的正常运行。The concentration of sodium sulfide in the waste lye produced by ethylene plant was less than or equal to 1%.After removing sodium sulfide from the high-salinity water unit,it was discharged after qualified treatment in the sewage treatment plant.In 2021,due to the change of raw materials,the concentration of sulfide in the waste lye reached 2%to 3%,which exceeded the processing capacity of the high-salinity water unit and adversely affected the operation of the unit.In order to solve the problem of high concentration of sulfide in ethylene waste lye,the low temperature and low pressure catalytic oxidation desulfurization technology of Wuhan Junheng technology Co.,Ltd.was adopted to pretreat sulfide in ethylene waste lye in 2022,and the sulfide concentration was reduced from 10,000~30,000 mg/l to less than 200mg/L.This has ensured the normal operation of the high-salinity water device.
