摘 要:为研究不同固溶温度对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金力学性能、断口形貌、金相组织和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响,对6056铝合金热轧盘条在470~600°C范围内进行固溶处理、室温水淬及人工时效,进行室温拉伸性能测试和耐晶间腐蚀试验,并结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析。结果表明:随着固溶温度升高,6056铝合金显微组织中Mg2Si更充分地溶解到基体,而未溶的富Fe和富Cu相没有明显变化。拉伸强度随着固溶温度升高而提升,在540℃左右到达峰值,固溶温度升高到570℃和600℃时,强度变化很小,但伸长率随着固溶温度升高先提高后降低,耐晶间腐蚀性能随着固溶温度升高而降低。The hot-rolled wire rods of 6056 aluminum alloy were solution treated at 470~600℃,water quenched and artificially aged.The effects of different solution temperatures on the mechanical properties,fracture morphology,metallographic and intergranular corrosion resistance of Al-Mg-Si-Cu aluminum alloy were investigated by tensile property test at ambient temperature,intergranular corrosion resistance test,combined with optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that Mg2Si in the microstructure of 6056 aluminum alloy dissolves more fully into the matrix as the solid solution temperature increases,while the undissolved iron-rich and copper-rich phases do not show significant changes.The tensile strength increases with the increase of solid solution temperature,reaching a peak around 540℃.When the solid solution temperature increases to 570℃and 600℃,the strength changes slightly,but the elongation first increases and then decreases with the increase of solution temperature.The intergranular corrosion resistance decreases with the increase of solid solution temperature.
