摘 要:为研制满足CAES地下储气库衬砌性能要求的水泥基复合材料,减少高压气体泄漏。采用石英砂、PVA纤维制备高韧性水泥基复合材料(HTCC),开展力学性能试验及微结构试验,探讨PVA纤维的增韧机理及裂缝控制能力。结果表明:Ⅰ级粉煤灰、石英砂及PVA纤维制备的HTCC的极限抗拉强度可以达到5.44 MPa,极限拉应变达到2.13%;HTCC弹性模量低,适应变形能力强,受压破坏时具有明显的延性破坏特征;HTCC极限拉伸强度与初裂强度比值在1.05~1.46,平均裂缝宽度在60μm以下,具有优异的裂缝控制能力;PVA纤维与基体界面的黏结力及基体中纤维的桥接作用是HTCC增韧阻裂的主要原因。HTCC的高韧性及裂缝控制能力可以满足CAES地下储气库衬砌结构的性能要求。In order to develop cement-based composite materials that meet the performance requirements of CAES underground gas storage lining and reduce high-pressure gas leakage,high toughness cementitious composites(HTCC)are prepared by using quartz sand and PVA fibers,and mechanical performance and microstructure tests are conducted to explore the toughening mechanism and crack control ability of PVA fibers.The results show that the ultimate tensile strength of HTCC produced by fly ash,quartz sand,and PVA fibers can reach 5.44 MPa and the ultimate tensile strain is 2.13%.HTCC has a low elastic modulus,strong adaptability to deformation,and obvious ductile failure characteristics when subjected to compression failure.The ratio of HTCC ultimate tensile strength to initial crack strength is between 1.05 and 1.46,and the average crack width is below 60μm,with excellent crack control ability.The bonding force between PVA fibers and the matrix interface,as well as the bridging effect of fibers in the matrix,are the main reasons for HTCC toughening and crack resistance.The high toughness and crack control ability of HTCC can meet the performance requirements of the lining structure of CAES underground gas storage.
