摘　　要：党外知识分子是民主政治和国家治理的重要参与力量,是经济社会发展的重要创新力量,也是高校教职工队伍的重要组成部分。深入研究新时代背景下高职院校党外知识分子工作的新特点及存在问题,积极探索具有针对性的统战工作方法和应对策略,对于全面提升高职院校的统战工作能力、充分发挥统一战线的法宝作用、实现教育强国和中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要的战略意义。Extra-Party intellectuals are important participants in democratic politics and national governance,an important innovative force for economic and social development,and an important component of the faculty and staff of colleges and universities.In depth research on the new characteristics and existing problems of extra-Party intellectual work in vocational colleges under the background of the new era,actively exploring targeted united front work methods and response strategies,is of great strategic significance for comprehensively enhancing the united front work ability of vocational colleges,fully exerting the magic weapon role of the united front,and achieving the great rejuvenation of the education country and the Chinese nation.
