磷钨酸预水解葡萄枝脱木素选择性研究

摘  要:木素含量对植物纤维原料评价和制浆工艺优化具有重要的意义。以葡萄枝为纤维原料,在蒸煮前进行磷钨酸预水解,分别对原料得率,预水解固相产物中酸溶/酸不溶木素含量进行测定,进而计算了预水解过程中木素去除率和脱木素选择性。结果表明:尽管增加磷钨酸用量反而不利于提高预水解过程中的脱木素选择性,但磷钨酸的加入可有效提高预水解过程的木素去除率和脱木素选择性得到有效提高。此外预水解后溶解在液相中的磷钨酸可通过乙醚萃取回用,当磷钨酸回用四次时,预水解过程中木素去除率和脱木素选择性并未显著降低。The lignin content of lignocellulosic plant is the key index for evaluating the quality of cellulosic raw materials,and have an important implication for optimizing pulping processes.In this study,phosphotungstic acid(PTA)was used to enhance the pre-hydrolysis processes of grape branch prior to cooking.The yield of raw material,the content of acid-soluble/insoluble lignin of hydrolysate was determined.Further,the lignin removal ratio and lignin removal selectivity were calculated according to the above lignin content of materials with/without PTA enhance pre-hydrolysis.The results showed that the increase on PTA amount was averse to improving the lignin removal selectivity in the pre-hydrolysis process.Fortunately,the incorporation of PTA could effectively improve the lignin removal rate and lignin removal selectivity.Furthermore.PTA,which was dissolved in the liquid phase after pre-hydrolysis,can be extracted by ethyl ether for reusing.When PTA was reused for four times,the lignin removal rate and lignin removal selectivity decrease scarcely during the pre-hydrolysis process.
