摘　　要：高校图书馆承担着海量文献的保存管理重任,在日常保存管理工作中,纸质图书常遭受多种霉变问题,影响图书使用、缩短图书使用寿命,图书霉变生物防治是图书管理者孜孜不倦的奋斗目标。对此,简述了纸质图书的霉变类型和生物防治面临的挑战,对纸质图书保存中霉变生物防治措施展开分析,可通过科学防治霉变提升防治效率,制备除霉防霉剂保护并修复霉变纸张,应用与改进图书馆用图书消毒防霉装置,解决图书受潮发霉的问题。同时也探究了高校图书馆纸质图书保存管理模式完善对策,以期提高高校图书馆纸质图书霉变防治质量。University libraries bear the heavy responsibility of the preservation and management of a large number of documents.In the daily preservation and management work,paper books often suffer from a variety of mildew problems,which affect the use of books and shorten the service life of books.Biological control of book mildew is the tireless goal of library managers.In this regard,this paper briefly describes the types of mildew in paper books and the challenges faced by biological control,and studies the biological control measures of mildew in the preservation of paper books,which can improve the prevention and control efficiency through scientific prevention and control of mildew,prepare mildew and mildew prevention agents to protect and repair the mildew paper,apply and improve the disinfection and mildew prevention device for library books,and solve the problem of moisture and mildew in books.At the same time,it also probes into the countermeasures to improve the management mode of paper books in university libraries,in order to improve the quality of paper books mildew prevention and control.
