绿色可循环视角下传统造纸企业绿色价值链创新管理研究

摘　　要：面对越来越严格的节能减排和污染防治要求,传统造纸企业正面临着绿色产品设计、绿色制造、绿色消费和绿色回收等经营革新的挑战。绿色价值链创新管理、低碳循环经济发展是实现传统造纸企业经济重塑与蓬勃发展的必经之路。对此,简述了绿色价值链的涵义,分析了传统造纸产业绿色循环经济发展现状,探究了传统造纸企业实施绿色价值链创新管理的必要性和意义,并基于绿色可循环视角提出传统造纸企业绿色价值链创新管理策略,以期推动传统造纸企业的转型升级和绿色可持续发展。具体体现在:调整原料与能源结构、创新绿色包装、改进绿色营销和绿色价值链风险识别与防范。In the face of more and more stringent requirements for energy conservation,emission reduction and pollution prevention,traditional paper enterprises are facing the challenges of green product design,green manufacturing,green consumption and green recycling.Green value chain innovation management and low-carbon circular economy development are the only way to realize the economic remodeling and vigorous development of traditional paper enterprises.In this regard,this paper briefly describes the meaning of green value chain,analyzes the development status of green circular economy in traditional paper industry,explores the necessity and significance of implementing green value chain innovation management in traditional paper enterprises,and proposes green value chain innovation management strategies in traditional paper enterprises based on the perspective of green recycling,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional paper enterprises and green sustainable development.It is embodied in:adjusting the structure of raw materials and energy,innovating green packaging,improving green marketing and green value chain risk identification and prevention.
