摘　　要：为充分发掘科研档案中隐藏的数据信息进而发挥其潜在的价值,建立一个可以用于知识组织的本体模型是一种有效的办法。笔者对高校科研档案数据进行分析,针对其特点提出一种高校科研档案本体的半自动化构建方法,同时以某高校科研档案数据为语料对构建方法进行详细的讨论。最终构建的本体表明该方法具有较好的可行性和有效性。高校科研档案领域本体半自动化构建,对于进一步推动数字化时代下高校科研档案的规范化管理以及档案事业的高质量发展具有积极意义。In order to fully explore the hidden data and information in scientific research archives and give full play to its potential value,it is an effective way to establish an ontology model that can be used in knowledge organization.Based on the analysis of the data of scientific research archives in colleges and universities,the author proposes a semi-automatic ontology construction method.At the same time,the construction method is discussed in detail with the data of scientific research archives in a certain university as the corpus.The finally obtained ontology shows that the method has good feasibility and effectiveness.The semi-automatic ontology construction of scientific research archives in colleges and universities is of positive significance to further promote the standardized management of scientific research archives as well as the high-quality development of archives in the digital age.
