摘　　要：作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,以人民为中心的发展思想应贯穿于新时代国家事业各个领域。从以人民为中心的发展思想在档案工作领域的体现入手,在分析目前高校档案管理工作现状的基础上,探索出在以人民为中心的发展思想视域下构建高校档案管理机制的具体策略。As the important content of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,the people-centered philosophy of development should permeate all areas of national undertakings in the new era.Starting from the embodiment of the people-centered philosophy of development in the field of archival work,based on the analysis of the current status of archives management in colleges and universities,the paper explores the specific strategies of constructing the archives management mechanism in colleges and universities from the perspective of people-centered philosophy of development.
