摘　　要：数字转型时代,信息技术的成熟为档案事业的发展提供了机遇和挑战。随着办公自动化的发展,越来越多的电子文件和网络信息逐渐被人们接受并广泛利用,电子文件归档方法以及如何安全、有效地管理和利用电子档案,成为众多档案工作者思考的问题。经过不断探索和反复实践,随着电子档案管理制度紧紧追逐信息技术的不断更新,自动融合归档技术和集成模块式档案管理方式,已成为推动数字档案建设发展的关键。In the era of digital transformation,the maturity of information technology has provided opportunities and challenges for the development of the archival industry.With the development of office automation,more and more electronic documents and network information are gradually accepted and widely used by people.The methods of electronic archives filing and how to safely and effectively manage and utilize electronic archives have become the questions for many archival workers to think about.After continuous exploration and repeated practice in recent years,with the continuous update of electronic archives management system closely following the development of information technology,automatic integrated filing technology and integrated modular archives management method have become the key to promoting the development of digital archives construction.
