智慧城市建设背景下的地下管线档案管理对策

摘　　要：随着城市的快速发展,地下管线作为城市基础设施的重要组成部分,其档案管理显得尤为关键。然而,地下管线档案管理面临诸多问题,如数据分散、归档不全、法律法规缺失等。为应对这些问题,提出了一系列有效的对策,包括建立数字化档案系统、加强法律法规制定、注重人才培养、加强组织协调等,特别强调了加强参建单位和管理人员对档案管理的重视和法制观念的培养。地下管线档案管理工作的改进将为智慧城市建设提供有力支持,确保城市基础设施的可持续发展和智能化进程。With the rapid development of cities,the archives management of underground pipeline,as an important part of urban infrastructure,is particularly critical.However,the underground pipeline archives management is faced with many problems,such as data dispersion,incomplete archiving and lack of laws and regulations.In order to deal with these problems,this paper puts forward a series of effective countermeasures,including establishing digital archives system,strengthening the formulation of laws and regulations,laying emphasis on personnel training,and strengthening organization and coordination.It is especially emphasized to strengthen the attention of participating units and management to archives management and the cultivation of legal concept.It is believed that the improvement of underground pipeline archives management will provide strong powerful support for the construction of smart cities and ensure the sustainable development and intelligentization process of urban infrastructure.
