摘　　要：在辽宁省港口整合的大背景下,港口一体化经营新体制拉开序幕。以深入贯彻落实国家整体安全观为引领,推动辽宁港口高质量发展,为东北全面振兴当好“发展先行官”,加强港口一体化水运建设项目档案管理能力,提升档案保管智能化、数字化水平,建设档案安全智能综合管理平台成为重要课题。Under the background of the integration of ports in Liaoning province,the new system of port integration management has begun.Guided by the in-depth implementation of the overall national security concept,it has become an important task to promote the high-quality development of Liaoning ports,become the"development pioneer"for the overall revitalization of Northeast,strengthen the archives management capacity of the port integrated water transport construction project,improve the intelligent and digital level of archives storage,and build an intelligent comprehensive management platform for archives security.
