《大众日报》对山东抗日根据地减租减息运动的宣传动员研究  

Study on the Propaganda and Mobilization of the Rent and Interest Reduction Movement in Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Areas by Dazhong Daily

摘　　要：在山东抗日根据地减租减息运动的宣传动员工作中,作为山东省委机关报的《大众日报》,针对党政干部、农民群众和地主士绅三大群体中存在的问题安排了不同内容。针对党政干部在推动过程中存在的未深入群众和主观主义作风问题,提出了改造思想与干部下乡的建议。对于农民群众在减租减息运动中存在的政策认识薄弱与畏惧地主阶级问题,安排了对双减政策的解析和反地主阶级压迫的事件等内容。关于地主士绅在双减过程中存在的担忧自身利益问题,组织报道了敌占区的地主状况、地主士绅的专访与回复地主问题的社论等内容。通过这些宣传内容,《大众日报》在实践中帮助党政干部纠正思想,并发动农民群众与地主士绅参与到减租减息的浪潮中来。In the propaganda and mobilization work of the rent and interest reduction movement in Shandong anti-Japanese base areas,Dazhong Daily,as the official newspaper of Shandong Provincial Party Committee,arranged different contents for the problems existing in the three groups of Party and government cadres,peasants as well as landlords and gentry.In view of the problems of the Party and government cadres not going deep into the masses and the subjectivist style in the process of promotion,the suggestions of reforming the ideology and sending cadres to the countryside were put forward.As for the problem of peasants'weak understanding of policy and fear of landlord class in the movement of rent and interest reduction,analysis of the double reductions policy and the event of resistance against landlord class oppression were arranged.Regarding the concerns of landlords and gentry about their own interests in the process of double reductions,contents such as the situation of landlords in enemy-occupied areas,exclusive interviews with landlords and gentry and editorials'responding to lanidlord issues were reported.Through these propaganda contents,Dazhong Daily helped the Party and government cadres to correct their thinking in practice,and mobilized peasants and landlords and gentry to participate in the wave of rent and interest reduction.
