摘　　要：疫苗接种是预防和控制传染病最经济、有效的手段。疫苗接种从儿童拓展到成人,尤其是老年人,是实现全人群、全生命周期健康保护的重要措施之一。本共识从成人预防接种的意义和价值出发,概述国内外成人预防接种现状,总结成人预防接种的有效经验和做法,并就成人预防接种单位设置、预约管理、工作流程和服务规范,以及成人免疫策略推荐等关键问题提出建议,以期为疾控机构、接种单位及相关机构工作人员提供指导和参考。Vaccination is considered to be the most efficient and cost-effective intervention for controlling epidemics.Expanding vaccination from children to adults,especially to the elderly,is one of the vital measures to achieve health protection for the whole population and their whole life cycle.As considering the significance and value of adult vaccination,this consensus provides an overview of the current situation of adult vaccination worldwide,summarizes previous experience and good practices,and carries out suggestions on key issue,which aims to provide guidance and reference to disease control agencies,vaccination units and related practitioners,including standards of setting adult vaccination units,appointment management,workflow and service norms,and adult vaccination recommendations.
