摘 要:为实现工业固体废弃物的高效资源化利用,以废砖、废玻璃等建筑垃圾为主要原料,通过固相烧结工艺制备了陶瓷透水砖。结果发现,在添加35%废砖、10%废玻璃、35%炉渣时,经1000℃烧成后样品的抗折强度为39.2 MPa,耐磨性磨坑长度为25 mm,透水系数为2.5×10^(-2)cm/s,抗冻融后的抗折强度为31.83 MPa,性能指标均符合《透水砖》(JC/T 945—2005)相关要求。陶瓷透水砖样品的物相组成主要为SiO_(2)(α-石英)、Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)(莫来石),晶粒呈板条状交织排列,赋予其一定的机械强度。In order to realize the efficient resource utilization of industrial solid waste,ceramic permeable bricks were prepared by solid phase sintering process by using waste bricks,waste glass and other construction waste as the main raw materials.It was found that the compressive strength of the samples after firing at 1000℃was 32.2 MPa,flexural strength was 7.8 MPa,abrasion-resistant grinding pit length was 25 mm,water permeability coefficient was 3.9×10^(-2)cm/s,and resistance to freezing and thawing was 27.91 MPa when waste bricks were added by 35%,waste glass was added by 10%,and slag was added by 35%,and the performance indicators were consistent with relevant requirements of Permeable Brick(JC/T 945—2005).The physical phase composition of the ceramic permeable tile samples was mainly SiO_(2)(α-quartz)and Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)(mullite),which were interwoven and arranged in the form of laths and bars,conferring a certain mechanical strength.
