摘 要:采用过硫酸铵作为引发剂,以马来酸酐(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和次磷酸(HPA)为单体,合成一种新型低磷共聚物阻垢剂MA-AMPS-HPA,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)与静态阻垢试验,分析了该共聚物的结构对CaCO_(3)生成的影响及阻垢性能。结果表明,阻垢剂适宜的制备条件为:单体配比n MA∶n AMPS∶n HPA为1∶0.8∶0.4,引发剂用量为10%(w),反应温度为90℃,反应时间为10 h。在未添加抑制剂的情况下,CaCO_(3)结晶主要以六面体方解石晶型为主,并含有少量文石晶型。添加MA-AMPS-HPA后,CaCO_(3)结晶为方解石、文石和球霰石混合物,表明该低磷共聚物对方解石的形成具有一定抑制作用。MA-AMPS-HPA的阻垢性能最高可达94.82%,优于PASP和PESA阻垢剂20%以上,阻垢性能几乎接近含磷阻垢剂HEDP、PBTCA和ATMPA。The ammonium persulfate was used as an initiator,and maleic anhydride(MA),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS),and phosphorous acid(HPA)were used as monomers to synthesize a new low-phosphorus copolymer scale inhibitor MA-AMPS-HPA.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)were used along with static scale inhibition tests to analyze the influence of the copolymer’s structure on CaCO_(3)generation and scale inhibition performance.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for the scale inhibitor were:monomer ratio(n MA∶n AMPS∶n HPA)1∶0.8∶0.4,initiator dosage 10%(w),reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 10 h.Without scale inhibitor,CaCO_(3)crystals were mainly rhombohedral calcite,with a small amount of aragonite.After adding MA-AMPS-HPA,CaCO_(3)crystals were a mixture of calcite,aragonite and vaterite,indicating the low-phosphorus copolymer had a certain inhibitory effect on calcite formation.The highest scale inhibition efficiency of MA-AMPS-HPA up to 94.82%,over 20%higher than PASP and PESA inhibitors,and the performance was close to the phosphorus-containing inhibitors HEDP,PBTCA and ATMPA.
