Aiming at the source of farmland backwater and the characteristics of farmland retreat water pollution, this paper summarizes the domestic and international source control measures and ecological purification technology that can be used to treat farmland retreat water. After years of development and application, source control measures can reduce the amount of receding water and receding water pollution load at the source, which is a key strategy to control retreat water.Ecological treatment technology has become the best retreat water treatment method available in rural areas because of its ecological benefits, construction costs and other advantages. This paper summarizes the existing non-point pollution treatment modes, and provides a kind of ecological retention and purification of farmland retreat water treatment ideas, and finally looks forward to the future development direction of farmland receding water treatment technology and provides reference for the future management of farmland retreat water.
