摘　　要：骨性Bankart损伤是一种特殊类型的肩胛盂前方骨折,由于存在大小不等的肩胛盂骨折块,肩关节稳定性常受到影响。为了恢复肩关节的稳定性及功能,可通过盂唇关节囊修复、单排或双排锚钉固定、螺钉固定等方式进行处理。近年来随着对该疾病认识的深入及技术发展,一些新的手术治疗方案不断涌现。本文通过回顾近二十年来发表的骨性Bankart损伤治疗相关文献,归纳总结不同手术治疗方案,为临床治疗及研究提供依据。The bony Bankart lesion is a special type of anterior glenoid rim fracture,following which the shoulder stability is often impaired by the existence of varying sizes of glenoid rim fracture fragments.In order to restore the shoulder stability and function,surgical techniques,such as capsulolabral repair,single-or double-row suture anchor fixation,screw fixation,etc.,are often applied.Along with the deeper learning of bony Bankart lesions and the development of technology,several ingenious surgical strategies are emerging.The purpose of this article is to review literature focusing on surgical treatments of bony Bankart lesions that has been published in the past two decades and to summarize their indications,contraindications,advantages and disadvantages to give a foundation for clinical application and research.
