摘 要:千金子是我国水稻田的主要恶性杂草之一,严重威胁水稻的产量和品质。为明确水稻田千金子对氰氟草酯的抗性发生情况,该研究采用整株生物测定法检测了从浙江、江苏、上海等地采集的10个千金子种群对氰氟草酯的抗药性水平。结果表明:浙江、江苏和上海的大部分稻田千金子种群对氰氟草酯产生高水平抗性;其中,江苏的2个种群和上海的5个种群在氰氟草酯360 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下仍存活,其抗性指数为13.06-3.22,均为对照敏感种群的10倍以上,为高抗种群;浙江的2个种群和上海的1个种群在氰氟草酯90 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下均死亡,为敏感种群。Leptochloa chinensis is one of the main malignant weeds in rice fields in China.To clarify the resistance level of L.chinensis to cyhalofop-butyl,we employed the whole-plant bioassay to examine the resistance of 10 L.chinensis populations collected from Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Shanghai in 2022.The results showed that the two populations collected in Jiangsu and the five populations collected in Shanghai survived at the dose of 360 g a.i./hm^(2)and were resistant to cyhalofop-butyl,with resistance index of 13.06-43.22.The two populations collected in Zhejiang and one collected in Shanghai were sensitive to cyhalofop-butyl at the dose of 90 g a.i./hm^(2).Furthermore,compared with the sensitive population QJZ2018003 with GR50 of 26.80 g a.i/hm^(2),the seven resistant populations showed the resistance levels increasing by over 10 times,being highly resistant to cyhalofop-buty.
