摘　　要：本研究针对中国第三产业供应链管理中的供应链弹性(SCR)、供应链灵活性(SCF)和供应链重构(SCC)之间的相互关系进行了深入探讨。研究中构建了一个创新的三角结构模型,以阐释这三个要素之间的相互作用。采用结构方程建模(SEM)方法,对中国内地第三产业不同领域的中高级管理者进行调研,分析了这三个要素如何共同作用于供应链的有效管理。结果显示,SCR和SCF对SCC有显著的正向影响,而SCR对SCF的增强也显示了明显的正面作用。这些发现强调了加强SCR和SCF对于企业适应市场动荡和缓解干扰的重要性。本研究可为相关企业提供决策支持,在不可预测的市场变化中发展出更强的弹性、灵活性和重构能力,以改善供应链战略并降低风险。This study delves into the interrelations among supply chain resilience(SCR),supply chain flexibility(SCF),and supply chain reconstruction(SCC)within China's tertiary industry supply chain management.A novel triangular structural model is constructed to elucidate the interactions between these elements.Utilizing structural equation modeling(SEM),the research analyzes how these components synergistically contribute to effective supply chain management,based on surveys conducted among middle and high-level managers across various sectors of the tertiary industry in China's Mainland.Findings indicate significant positive impacts of SCR and SCF on SCC,with SCR's enhancement also notably influencing SCF.These results underscore the importance of strengthening SCR and SCF for enterprises to adapt to market volatility and mitigate disruptions effectively.This research offers valuable decision support for businesses,aiding them in developing stronger resilience,flexibility,and reconstruction capabilities amidst unpredictable market changes,thereby improving supply chain strategies and reducing risks.
