摘 要:选择铝溶胶作为增强剂,探究了其不同添加量对热电池用耐高温绝热纸抄造性能和纸张性能的影响。实验结果表明:添加铝溶胶会使抄造时浆料的滤水时间增加,随着铝溶胶添加量的增加,浆料滤水时间的增加呈上升趋势。绝热纸的强度随着铝溶胶添加量的增加而提高,而当铝溶胶的添加量超过7.5%时,强度上升趋势变缓。添加铝溶胶能降低热电池用耐高温绝绝热纸的灼烧减率,但随着铝溶胶添加量的增加,绝热纸的灼烧减率下降趋势变缓。Using aluminum sol as the reinforcing agent,the effect of different additions of it on the papermaking performance and paper properties of the high temperature resistant thermal insulation paper for thermal battery was explored.The results showed that the addition of aluminum sol will increase the filtration time of the slurry during papermaking.With the increase of the amount of alumina sol,the slurry filtration time showed an increasing tendency.The strength of thermal insulation paper increases with the increase of the addition of aluminium sol,and when the addition of aluminium sol exceeds 7.5%,the trend of strength increase slows down.The addition of aluminium sol can reduce the burning rate of thermal insulation paper for thermal batteries,but with the increase of aluminium sol,the decline in the burning rate of the paper becomes slower.
