摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代思想政治教育的时代主题和目标导向,是思想政治教育现代化的本质要求。高水平理念、高标准内容、高科技方法、高效能制度、高协同格局是高质量发展的五个维度,也是思想政治教育现代化的时代要求、关键要素和品质特征。以思想政治教育高质量发展推进思想政治教育现代化,构建思想政治教育新格局,是培养堪当民族复兴大任时代新人的本质规定。High-quality development is the theme and goal orientation of ideological and political education in the new era and is an essential requirement for modernizing ideological and political education.According to the guideline,high-level concepts,high-standard content,high-tech methods,efficient systems and high-coordination patterns are the five dimensions of high-quality development,which are also key elements and quality features of modernizing ideological and political education.To promote the modernization of ideological and political education with the high-quality development of ideological and political education and to construct the new pattern of ideological and political education is the strategic choice of the modernization of ideological and political education,and the essential provision of cultivating new people in the era of national rejuvenation.
