摘  要:煤气锅炉配套蒸汽轮机发电机组是目前钢铁行业富余煤气的主要利用方式。随着煤气发电技术的不断迭代,不同代际发电技术的能源利用效率差异显著,同代际煤气发电机组能源利用效率也参差不齐。为此,结合唐钢公司提升100 MW超高温亚临界煤气发电机组能源利用效率的实践,探究煤气发电机组效率提升技术,以期为钢铁行业节能创效提供参考。Gas boilers with steam turbine generator sets are currently the main way of utilizing surplus gas in the iron and steel industry.With the continuous iteration of gas power generation technologies,the energy utilization efficiency of power generation technolo⁃gies among different generations varies significantly,and the energy utilization efficiency of gas generator units within the same generation also varies.For this reason,combined with the practice of improving the energy utilization efficiency of the 100 MW ultra-hightemperature subcritical gas generator set of Tangshan Steel Company,the efficiency improve⁃ment technology of gas generator set is explored,with a view to providing reference for the iron and steel industry in terms of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
