摘 要:针对膨胀机进口压差增大及主换热器污氮通道热端温差过大,导致主冷液位无法维持正常生产的异常现象进行了分析,并对分子筛纯化器使用过程及增压机冷却器运行状态进行判断,确认纯化器吸附剂吸附性能下降以及增压机冷却器泄漏是导致异常发生的主要原因。通过采取空分临时停运加热空气通道以及强化纯化器吸附剂吸附性能等方法有效解决了该问题。In view of the anomaly that the main coolant level could not be maintained for normal production due to the increased differential pressure at the inlet of the expander and the large temperature difference at the hot end of the main heat exchanger dirty nitro⁃gen channel,the operating process of the molecular sieve purifier and the operating status of the booster cooler were judged,it was confirmed that the decline in adsorption perfor⁃mance of adsorbent of the purifier as well as leakage of the booster cooler were the main causes for the occurrence of the anomaly.The problem was effectively solved by temporary shutdown of the air separation to heat the air passages and strengthening the adsorption per⁃formance of the purifier adsorbent.
