摘 要:高炉干法除尘系统在TRT之后的煤气管道极易发生腐蚀,其主要原因是高炉煤气里的氯盐溶于煤气析出水后产生酸性溶液,与管道发生了化学反应。煤气管路的防腐可以采用喷涂防腐材料、耐腐蚀的特殊管道等被动防腐方法,也可以采用控制高炉煤气的含湿量和含盐量的主动防腐方法,同时,需要在管道设计上进行优化,使煤气管道尽快排出冷凝水,减少酸性溶液与管路作用时间,以减缓高炉干法除尘系统煤气管路腐蚀。The gas pipeline is easy to be corroded when the dry dedusting system of blast furnace is after TRT,the main reason is that the chlorine salt in the blast furnace gas dissolves in the gas to precipitate water to produce an acidic solution,and the pipeline undergoes a chemical reaction.The anti-corrosion of the gas pipeline can adopt passive anti-corrosion methods such as spraying anti-corrosion materials and adopting corrosionresistant special pipelines,as well as active anti-corrosion methods of controlling the mois⁃ture content and salt content of the blast furnace gas.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the pipeline design,so that the gas pipeline can eliminate condensate as soon as possible to reduce the acidic solution and pipeline action time,leading to slowing down the corrosion of the gas pipeline.
