摘 要:100 MW亚临界参数机组已经成为近年来钢铁行业自备电厂的主力机型,为钢铁企业提高自发电比例、降低能源消耗发挥着巨大作用。发电机组循环水系统补水要实现水质稳、成本少和发电水耗低三方面的最优选择,需从技术、经济和水耗指标多方全面统筹考量。通过对现场实际工作中机组的不同补水方式进行分析和比较,有助于合理选择循环水系统补水方式。100 MW subcritical parameter units have become the main model of self-provided power plant in the iron and steel industry in recent years,which plays a great role in increasing the proportion of self-power generation and reducing energy consumption for iron and steel enterprises.To realize the optimal choice of stable water quality,low cost and low water consumption in power generation,the water replenishment of circulating water system of generator sets needs to be consid⁃ered comprehensively from the aspects of technical,economic and water consumption indexes.By analyzing and comparing the different water replenishment methods of the units in the actual field work,it helps to reasonably select the water replenishment method of the circulating water system.
