摘  要:以某钢铁公司中水回用系统为例,对超滤膜的污染类型和污染物成分进行了分析,同时,对超滤维护性化学清洗(EFM)方式和最佳清洗加药量进行了研究。结果表明,超滤膜污染主要是有机污染物和少量的无机污染物。EFM清洗以NaClO清洗为主,间歇采用柠檬酸清洗。NaClO最佳加药量为800 mg/L,柠檬酸最佳加药量为600 mg/L。该清洗方式及药剂投加量,可以确保超滤系统长周期安全稳定运行,对同行业具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking a steel company's reclaimed water reuse system as an example,the contamination types and pollutant compositions of ultrafiltration membranes were analyzed.Meanwhile,the EFM method and the optimal cleaning dosage were studied.The results showed that the ultrafiltration membrane contamination was mainly organic pollutants and a small amount of inorganic pollutants.EFM cleaning is based on NaClO cleaning,and citric acid cleaning is used intermittently.The optimal dosage of NaClO is 800 mg/L,and the op⁃timal dosage of citric acid is 600 mg/L.The cleaning method and the optimal dosage of chemicals can effectively improve the safe and stable operation of the ultrafiltration system for a long period of time,which has certain reference significance for the same industry.
