摘　　要：班组作为企业的基本单元,其建设水平对企业的发展至关作用。为打造高素质型班组,某发电厂运行部一大值在管理实践中不断探索,创建并应用了“四轮”驱动法,全方位提升了值内人员素质,使得班组各项工作得到有效开展。As the basic unit of an enterprise,the construction level of a team is crucial to the development of the enterprise.In order to build a high-quality team,a shift leader of the operation department in a power plant has been continuously exploring in the management practice,followed by creating and applying a"four-wheels"drive method,which comprehensively improves the quality of the shift operators and enables the team activities to be effectively carried out.
