穴位贴敷治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效观察及对免疫球蛋白和炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及其对患者免疫球蛋白和炎症因子水平的影响。方法将98例儿童变应性鼻炎患者用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组49例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组常规西医治疗基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白抗原(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)水平和嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)计数的变化。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、IgE、IL-6、IL-8、CRP、ECP水平和EOS计数均低于对照组(P<0.05),IgA和IgG水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上,穴位贴敷可缓解儿童变应性鼻炎的临床症状,降低血清IgE水平,调控炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point application for allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on immunoglobulin and inflammatory factor levels in the patients.Method Ninety-eight children with allergic rhinitis were allocated,using a random number table,to a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and the observation group received point application treatment in addition.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.The TCM syndrome score,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),C-reactive protein(CRP)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),and eosinophil(EOS)count were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result The total efficacy rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the levels of IgE,IL-6,IL-8,CRP and ECP and EOS count were lower,and the levels of IgA and IgG were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,point application can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce serum IgE levels,regulate inflammatory factor levels and improve the clinical therapeutic effect in children with allergic rhinitis.
